About the Costa del Sol Residences

 May I introduce myself to you?
I am Guido Martens, a Belgian who lives on the Costa del Sol for more than 14 years. Before that, I had my own business in Belgium and worked with clients throughout the European community.
I have been following the real estate market on the Costa del Sol from the beginning. I am well introduced to project developers and attended numerous seminars relating to the real estate market. I have also advised and guided several foreigners with their purchase.
I am well aware of the pitfalls and opportunities when acquiring real estate in Spain. I advise not only on the purchase but, if desired, also on the administrative and notarial settlement.
I have a strong team around me.
Irina has a university degree as a construction engineer and has been active in the real estate business for more than 20 years.
Dimitri used to have his own construction business. He leads a team of professionals during any renovations.
